With more than 10 years of experience driving transformational results in the non-profit space, including overseeing two of the top ten Peer-to-Peer campaigns in the country, Kate McGinn has spent her career helping others reach their personal best. From coaching high level volunteers to make the kind of impact in a few months that many don't make in a lifetime to consulting with top teams across the country,  she's a leader that delivers over and over again. There's nothing that makes her smile more than seeing a "lightbulb moment" in action or celebrating with someone who has just exceeded their goal.

 

Kate lives in Apex, North Carolina with her husband Dan and their two sons. When she isn't consulting, you can find her with her family, cheering on the San Francisco 49ers, Florida State Seminoles, Chelsea, or one of her two fantasy football teams, reading, watching Top Chef, travelling, entertaining, or tracking down a new, delicious place to eat.
